This week we saw another trans person plotting to go shoot up schools and churches. It is reported that a young person who was born as a MAN and identifies as a WOMAN intended to take guns and go shoot up schools and churches. When are we going to stop saying guns are the issue and start looking deeper? This goes further than a mental health issue. This is demonic oppression. These people have an unreal hatred for Christians. They want to see those who proclaim the name of Christ wiped out. There is another person who has this desire, the devil. All of this can be traced back to the spiritual war happening in the cosmos. The war of good and evil. The battleground is the mind of men and women. The attack is what God set forth in the scriptures “But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ (Mark 10:6)
The immediate response will be “That’s offensive. You’re attacking the trans community!” Please hear me, I am not doing any such thing. Those who deny truth have already been attacked. They have been attacked by the world. They have been attacked by the flesh. They have been attacked by satanic forces. My desire is to help those who are under such an attack understand that they’re pawns in a game that will eventually destroy them. For all of time, a rational human being could have a conversation about sex and gender, look at facts, and walk away with the normal conclusion that there are ONLY TWO genders. MALE and FEMALE. Nothing more, nothing less. If I walked into a hospital and
told them I identified as an amputee and I wanted them to cut my legs and arms off they would tell me no, and they would push to have my mental state evaluated. But if I walk into a hospital and told them I want my male genitals cut off they applaud me and call me brave. We’ve fallen for a delusional way of thinking and it’s truly destroying the world.
The world hates God and the devil hates what God has created to bear His image. He goes after mankind and aggressively distorts and maligns his creation by causing us to doubt God and His purpose and design. This is the same ploy he used with Adam and Eve. In Genesis 3:1, the enemy begins with a pointed question designed to undermine Gods perfect design. “He said to the woman, ‘Did God actually say, ‘You[a] shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?” Human beings are still just as foolish and gullible. We have fallen again and again for the same lies from the world and the devil. In Genesis 1:26-28 God established two genders and instituted the foundation of marriage between one man and one woman.
26 Then God said, “Let us make man[h] in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. 28 And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the
earth.”
Ever since Biblical marriage and the biological fact of two genders were created and established by God the enemy has had one desire, to destroy what God put in place.
What immediately follows is the deception of the serpent, just a couple of chapters later. Not an overt attack but a subtle twist of God’s word. “Did God actually say?” The enemy still uses the same tricks today. God, sovereign over His creation, has laid it out in his Word and set up how gender works and how marriage is to play out in the world. The enemy has taken both of these things, designed for our good, and turned them upside down.What is even more insane is that human beings are falling for it, again and again. What breaks my heart is that people are being fooled into thinking that if they just make this change, or identify this way, they will finally be at peace. If they just have “the surgery” they will finally be accepted and feel whole. In the end, even though they think they are winning, they are
falling right into the snare set by sin. I refuse to sit by and watch the image of God be destroyed and twisted. I refuse to ignore the dire consequences of such a thing. I am sounding the alarm. I am begging them to change direction. And I can’t help but echo Charles Spurgeon: “If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our dead bodies. And if they perish, let them perish with our arms wrapped about their knees, imploring them to stay. If Hell must be filled, let it be filled in the teeth of our exertions, and
let not one go unwarned and unprayed for.”
So my hope is that you’d read this and the power of God’s word would change your heart and mind on all of these topics. Don’t be fooled by the devil. Don’t be deceived by the world. Don’t be fooled by the gospel of wokeness. Paul says in Galatians 1:6 "I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—"
I’m calling for you to do what Christ said to do in Mark 1:15 ““The time promised by God has come at last!” he announced. “The Kingdom of God is near! Repent of your sins and believe the Good News!” (THE GOSPEL).
There is hope for those who are suffering. There is a remedy for the pain of sin. There is love for those who feel unloved. It is found in one person, Jesus Christ. He alone can give you purpose. He alone will give you satisfaction.
